FLSH Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences
The FLSH is one of the five Faculties of the Catholic University of Lille, founded in 1875. It provides 3-year and 5-year training in the fields of Literature and Human Sciences, more specifically around three professional axes: the professions of literature, culture and communication, the professions of languages and international affairs and the professions of psychology.
In 2024, the Faculty has more than 2,600 students including 200 in the framework of international exchanges, 320 teachers, 27 courses (1 preparatory class, 9 bachelor's degrees, 20 master's degrees, 2 University Diplomas) and 120 partner universities around the world.

As a student at the FLSH, you can access all our services with your student card. You can have lunch in our university restaurants and sandwich shops, sign up for the gym located a stone's throw from your faculty, access the University Health Center to see doctors, psychologists and gynecologists as well as our social service to support you in your administrative, personal, scholarship procedures, etc. Several university residences are located near the FLSH.
