Handing over of keys

To collect the keys to your accommodation, it is mandatory to make an appointment (at least 48 hours in advance - working days) via this link. All information is indicated (location of the appointment, date, time, inventory, language of the contract, etc.).

Key collection address:
📍From August 1st to August 31st: at the Green - 125 rue Meurein in Lille
📍From September 1st: 1st floor - 47 boulevard Vauban in Lille

📢 Please note, no keys will be given:
- From August 15th to 18th,
- If your rental file is not complete (documents, payment, etc.),
- On weekends and outside opening hours.
