Playing sports at Catholic University: activities, facilities, registration

Between lectures, assignments, and student clubs, it's not always easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle. However, balancing sports and studies is the secret to boosting concentration and relieving exam stress.

At the Catholic University of Lille, student sports are at the heart of campus life thanks to All's services. Whether you're an experienced athlete or just want to get back into physical activity at college, here's everything you need to know to get moving this year.

The fitness club: your student gym in the heart of campus

No need to cross the whole of Lille to work out. Located at 125 rue Meurein, the All gym is the go-to place for students at the University

You will find:

•    A weight training and cardio training area: over 40 high-quality machines to work on your endurance or strength.

•    Professional supervision: state-certified coaches are on hand to guide you, advise you on movements, and help you achieve your goals without injury.

•    Convenient opening hours: open from 7:30 a.m. on weekdays and even on Saturday mornings, the gym fits perfectly into your busy schedule.

More than 25 group classes per week.

If you prefer the energy of a group, All offers a highly varied schedule. There's something for everyone.

•    Zen & Wellness: Yoga and Pilates to unwind after a long day.

•    Cardio & Intensity: HIIT cardio, cross training, boxing, and self-defense to let off steam.

•    Strength Training & Dance: Zumba, step aerobics, and abs and glutes to sculpt your figure.

These classes are mainly held at 70 rue du Port, in a friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere

University clubs and competitions

Want to represent your school? University clubs and sports offices (BDS) at each faculty or institution organize team sports training sessions (soccer, basketball, rugby, etc.). Le All works closely with these sports associations to enable everyone to pursue their passion, whether for leisure or competition.
