How to book an accommodation?
Booking accommodation or registering on the waiting list is done online only. On each available or waiting list residence page, click on "Book" to be redirected to the reservation page.
Our residences are reserved for students of the Catholic University of Lille. Find the list of all the establishments concerned by clicking on "Our establishments".
Start of reservations
From mid-April for the 1st semester
From mid-October for the 2nd semester
Start of contracts
All our contracts are established for 1 year.
From the 1st semester: from August 1 to July 31 of the following year.
From the 2nd semester: from January 1 to December 31 of the following year.
End of contract
It is possible to terminate the contract, at any time during the year, on the tenant space by respecting a notice period of 1 month.
Our residences
They are mainly located near the Catholic University of Lille (Vauban district). Some of them are further away but close to public transport (bus or metro) or the Humanicité and Plaine Image campuses.
The residences are mixed (male and female students from all backgrounds mix). There is no residence reserved solely for students from an establishment.
They are accessible to residents 7 days a week and 24 hours a day (even during weekends and school holidays).
Access to each residence is secure (personal card at the entrance or badge).
Caretakers are present in the Denis Reille, Charles Havez, Marguerite Yourcenar, Teilhard de Chardin, Notre Dame and Foyer Saint Camille residences.
Our rates
The rates displayed are the same for ALL residents (scholarship and non-scholarship holders).
CAF: All our residences are eligible for housing assistance, ALS or APL.

- Rooms with toilet (shared shower and kitchen)
- Rooms with bathroom (shared kitchen)
- Studios (equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom/shower)
How to book (online only)
Only residences available on our website can be booked.
To book, simply click on "Book" to be redirected to the booking page of our rental management tool.
The student's contact details must be added (last name, first name, address, future school at the Catholic University of Lille and specialty, and email address checked regularly*).
* This email address will be used when sending the contract and for all administrative procedures. All documents will be sent electronically (via an All tenant space created after allocation of accommodation and residence).
Application fees: To validate the reservation, it is necessary to pay the application fee of 262 euros :
- Payment by credit card: a bank imprint will be requested. Your credit card will be debited a few days after receiving confirmation of agreement for accommodation (and not directly after booking).
In case of cancellation
You can cancel your reservation at any time and until July 15 for the 1st semester or until December 15 for the 2nd semester, only by sending an email to logement@all-lacatho.fr
Application fees:
- If cancellation is requested before obtaining accommodation: the application fees will not be debited.
- If cancellation is requested after obtaining accommodation and within the deadlines: the application fees will then be fully refunded within 8 weeks.
- If cancellation is requested outside the deadlines: the application fees will not be refunded.
Response time
Responses for the 1st semester will be sent from the beginning of June.
Responses for the 2nd semester will be sent from mid-November.
This is done gradually, you will be contacted by email at the address used when booking.
Accommodation equipment
All our rooms are furnished (bed, desk, chair, refrigerator, sink, mirror, wardrobe). You can bring whatever you want to furnish the accommodation, however we inform you that we do not store the furniture that we make available in the accommodation. It is allowed, if you wish, to remove certain furniture from the accommodation, however it is your responsibility to find the means of storage and movement.
The accommodation must be returned as you received it (no furniture must be missing and no furniture belonging to the tenant must be left).
What to bring:
- Everything for bedding: bed linen, duvet, pillow, pillowcase, sheets (90 x 200cm), etc.
- Everything related to personal hygiene: towels, shampoo, soap, etc.
- Everything for the kitchen: dishes, utensils, etc.
- Everything for cleaning: small broom, dustpan/brush, cleaning products, sponge, dishwashing liquid, etc.
Studios (accommodation with kitchenette and bathroom) are equipped with dishes, a microwave, a pillow and a blanket (it is necessary to bring a duvet and sheets).
For accommodation without a kitchenette, you can, if you wish, bring a microwave, a kettle, coffee maker, freezer, etc. with the exception of hotplates (it is forbidden to cook in accommodation without a kitchenette).
Rental file
All residents must have a guarantor who lives and works in France or a Visale guarantee.
Documents that All Logement will send you:
- Rental contract
- Internal regulations
- Deed of surety
- Consent to care
Documents that the tenant must send:
- If you have a VISALE guarantee: only the Visale certificate is required. This is the easiest solution for international students. You can apply for it now at www.visale.fr.
- If you have a physical guarantor (French administrative documents only):
- A photocopy of their ID (front and back)
- A proof of address dated within the last 3 months
- Documents proving income (except for self-employed professions)
If employed : the last 3 payslips
If retired : the last 3 pension statements - The most recent tax notice
Handing over of keys
Whenever you want from August 1st for the 1st semester, and from January 1st for the 2nd semester excluding weekends and opening hours. A link to make an appointment will be sent to you when the rental file is created.
The keys are handed over directly to the housing service office (Monday to Friday), and not to the residence.
Please note: keys cannot be handed over during weekends and public holidays.
Life in the residence
All residents must comply with our internal regulations.
In the event of a serious breach of these regulations, the resident may be required to leave their residence.
Various guides list all the useful information, from arrival to departure (contact details for each All service, parcel management, internet procedure, administrative procedures, security in the residence, technical assistance, maintenance of accommodation, etc.).
Contract renewal
It is possible to renew the contract from one year to the next, this is not done by tacit renewal.
We will send a form in march to find out whether you wish to renew your contract or not. Renewal is only possible after receiving our confirmation.
Renewal is automatically refused in the event of failure to comply with the internal regulations during the year, or in the event of non-payment.
