To ensure a good nutritional balance, you must combine a caloric intake, in a quantity adapted to your age and your activity, and a harmonious eating behavior, which combines pleasure and balance. 1. PREPARING MY MEALS (YES = 1 POINT, NO = 0 POINT)

Do not eat pizzas or quiches more than 2 times per week.
